Moroccan chicken tajine


         the ingredients:


_ Chicken cut into four pieces.

_ Two onions sliced sliced.

_ Two slices of sliced tomatoes.

_ Three cloves of garlic.

_ A teaspoon of ground ginger.

_ One quarter spoon of saffron.

_  Five tablespoons of vegetable oil.

_ One teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

_ Black Pepper Brush.

_ Salt, to taste.

_ The container to cook the Tajin.




 How to prepare:

 1_ Wash the chicken pieces well,

 2_ then place them in the tajine and pour water over them.

 3_ Place the chicken on medium heat and leave for a quarter of an hour.

 4_ Add salt, saffron, onion slices, tomatoes, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper to the tajine and leave for 1 hour.

 5_Tajine is served on the table
